For $5.50 per lb of the hot carcass weight, you can get a whole beef. Our average whole beef hot carcass weight is approximately 800 lbs with a take home of 400 to 450 lbs, depending on how you request the meat to be processed. Please see our Custom Cut Meat Sheet to see how we can process our beef to fit your needs.
Meat is packaged in either vacuum packed or double wrapped butcher paper per request of customer.
As for freezer space needed we suggest you set aside a good size chest freezer(14 cubic feet) just for us.
