For $7.00 per lb of the hot carcass weight, you can get a whole beef. Our average whole beef hot carcass weight is approximately 800lbs with take home 400 to 450 lbs, depending on the size of the animal.

So, this option, a 1/4 beef, the price would be figured on the whole beef hot carcas weight divided by four and would yield approximately 100 lbs. or more of finished product. Meat is packaged in vacuum sealed packaging.

As for freezer space needed for our 1/4 beef option we sugest you have 3.5-4 cubic feet of space set aside just for us.
