For $7.00 per lb of the hot carcass weight, you can get a whole beef. Our average whole beef hot carcass weight is approximately 800 lbs with take home 400 to 450 lbs, depending on how you request the meat to be processed. Please see our custom cut sheet to see how we can process our beef to fit your needs.

So, this option, a 1/2 beef, the price would be figured on the whole beef hot carcass weight divided by two and would yield approximately 200-225 lbs. Meat is packaged in either vacuum packed or double wrapped butcher paper per request of customer.

As for freezer space needed for our 1/2 beef option we suggest you set aside a small chest type freezer for us. (7 cubic feet)
