Please read this information: Our average half beef hot carcass weight (also known as hanging weight) is approximately 400lbs. It is an industry average that the take-home beef will be 50-55% of the hanging weight. As for freezer space needed for our 1/2 beef option, we suggest you have 7-9 cubic feet of space set aside just for us. A $525 non-refundable deposit is required for this option, and balance is due at pick-up. Customization of cuts is available for whole beef orders. Please download our custom cut sheet, fill out, and email to info@CaldwellFarmsBeef.com after you complete your deposit.
